Auditions for
ENCHANTED APRIL

Roles available:  (Five women, three men)

  • Lotty Wilson, age 30, an English housewife
  • Mellersh Wilton, age 32, Lotty’s husband, a lawyer
  • Rose Arnott, age 38, an English housewife
  • Frederick Arnott, age 45, Rose’s husband, a writer
  • Caroline Bramble, age 25, a socialite
  • Antony Wilding, age 25, an artist
  • Mrs. Graves, 70s, a London matron
  • Costanza, 60s, an Italian housekeeper

The play takes place in various locations around London, England, and at a villa in Mezzago, Italy.  The year is 1922.

Roles are open to non-AEA actors.

All roles are paid a weekly salary for rehearsals & performances.  Travel allowance also paid.  Housing is provided in Plainview during Tech. Week & Performance period.

September 12th – October 12th, 2008

Fri 08/03 & Sat 08/04 at 8PM; Sun 08/05 at 2PM
Thurs 08/09 at 7:30PM; Fri 08/10 & Sat 08/11 at 8PM; Sun 08/12 at 2PM
Thurs 08/16 at 1:30PM & 7:30PM; Fri 08/17 & Sat 08/18 at 8PM; Sun 08/19 at 4PM
Thurs 08/23 at 1:30PM & 7:30PM; Fri 08/24 & Sat 08/25 at 8PM; Sun 08/26 at 2PM
Thurs 08/30 at 7:30PM; Fri 08/31 & Sat 09/01 at 8PM; Sun 09/02 at 2PM

Rehearsals in Twin Cities beginning early August.  Tech. week & all performances in Plainview, MN.

Audition Dates:
Sunday, April 20th, from 6:00PM – 10:00PM
Monday, April 21st, from 6:00PM – 10:00PM

Dreamland Arts, 677 N. Hamline Avenue, St. Paul
