An murder that wasn’t a murder. An unsolved disappearance. The unlikely sleuths at the fleabag Morgan Hotel in Staggerford are on the case, and the results are hilarious! A must-see for all Hassler (and mystery) fans.

“Forget Garrison Keillor and the Coen Brothers. Jon Hassler is Minnesota’s most engaging cultural export…”

The beak is back! This charming new musical, based on the classic tale by Hans Christian Andersen, was a crowd-pleasing record breaker during our 2002 Season. In fact, so many folks have asked us to do it again we just couldn’t say no. See it again, or see it for the first time, but don’t miss it! And bring the family!

“…a hit for all ages”

Driving Miss Daisy
by Alfred Uhry

The place: the Deep South. The time: 1948. Daisy has wrecked yet another car, and now her son Boolie has forbidden her to drive. And to make sure she doesn’t, he hires Hoke Coleburn to do the driving for her. Daisy doesn’t want a chauffer, and even if she did she sure wouldn’t want this one. She’s an ornery seventy-two-year-old Southern belle and he’s a proud, soft-spoken black man. How long can this reluctant relationship last? Try twenty five years!

To many he was the greatest performer of the twentieth century. Surely no other entertainer in history touched so many, so deeply, for so long. And yet when asked how to achieve success as a singer, Frank Sinatra simply replied: "Sing good songs."

And those good songs are here in spades! Old favorites like Strangers in the Night, One for My Baby, New York New York, Witchcraft, All the Way, The Lady is a Tramp, Fly Me to the Moon. Lesser-known classics like My Lean Baby, Here’s to the Losers, I'm Gonna Live 'til I Die. And of course My Way. Nearly 60 unforgettable Sinatra tunes, brought to sparkling life by four of Minnesota’s best performers backed by a three-piece combo!
